Ailaysa, a leading AI content creation platform, is seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Interns. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in management, sales, or a related field who are eager to develop their skills and make an impact in the dynamic world of AI-powered economics. When you join, you are working with a team that works with AI. All interns can join as a full-time employees within 2 months of paid internship. Successful candidates will be offered Rs 2.5 to 3 lacs per annum. During internship they will get Rs 10,000 per month for two months. Only those who want to join the company after the two months paid internship apply. This opportunity is not for those who continue their education at present, it's only for those who just completed or previously completed their education in sales or related fields. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and targeted outreach. Sales Development: Qualify leads and initiate contact through email, phone calls, and other communication methods. Effectively communicate Ailaysa's value proposition and product offerings to potential customers. Selling: Present and demonstrate Ailaysa's AI-powered content creation platform to prospects, addressing their needs and showcasing the benefits of our solution. Work closely with the sales team to manage the sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use this knowledge to tailor sales strategies and provide insights to enhance Ailaysa's offerings. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports to the sales team and contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts. Requirements: Education: Completed a degree or diploma in management or a related field. A background in sales, marketing, or business administration is preferred. Online Sales Skills: Experience or a strong interest in online sales and digital marketing. Knowledge of various online platforms and tools for lead generation is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Expertise in any European or Asian languages are a plus. Ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and product features to potential clients.
