Job Summary: Virtual Assistant will work with international clients by Cold calling a list of target customers to qualify them and set up an appointment with the Business Heads. We are looking for someone who is career oriented and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with us. Responsibilities: • Managing E-mails • Scheduling meetings and appointments • Cold calling international clients • Administrative tasks • Managing accounts • Make travel arrangements • Create content to post on the companys social media channels • Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies • Prepare presentations according to instructions given Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field required. • At least one year of virtual assistant experience preferred.
