Remote Supplier Risk Management Expert
The main task of the Remote Supplier Risk Management Expert is to support the Procurement supplier risk management in running supplier risk management processes based on our group wide risk strategy by means of our newly developed risk management tool.
The role is instrumental in achieving Corporate Procurements strategy to make supplier risk management available to more business partners in Organisation . C
Differentiator
Proved knowledge in due diligence processes, denied party and sanctions management, various risk domains like human rights, corporate governance, health & safety, environmental protection, data protection etc.
Ability to make fact based decisions and ability to solve the problems
Experience in business process design and IT implementation projects
Ability to logically structure and work with data
Good self-organization and ability to work with remote stakeholders
Key Tasks
Engage with sourcing managers, divisional business partners and further subject matter experts to ensure proper execution of pre-configured risk processes and workflows
Conduct supplier due diligence assessments risk campaigns and further supplier assessments
Explain due diligence process towards suppliers and internal stakeholders and know / explain due diligence related data as a result of an assessment process
Act as a super user for the risk management tool which includes the ability to coach stakeholders on the use of the tool and to define and change due diligence questionnaires

Education Level
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Mathematics
Relevant Risk Management Certifications (optional)
Experience Level
At least 3 years of work experience (less experience can be compensated with highly relevant work experience – see differentiators)
Experience in working at the interchange of business processes and IT tools
Full business proficiency in English and at least one of the further preferred foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Thai, Bahasa Indonesian, Japanese, Korean) Role & responsibilities
