Description
Knowledge of information technology functions, processes, policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that new policies, changes to policies, and maintenance of policies are consistent with each other and the company.
Work with key IT leads to develop IT policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and compliance regulations to meet IT Governance requirements and oversee training and dissemination of policies and practices.
Manage and maintain IT Governance documentation controls and ensure policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines are updated to reflect changes in the business and IT environment.
Identify and address continual improvement opportunities within the IT Governance program.
Manage IT documentation through the document life cycle and ensure IT documentation is in alignment with applicable regulations and address any issues identified.
Prepare materials for IT governance meetings, presentations, and status reports.
Monitor compliance risks, audit deficiencies, remediation plans and report.
Identify and investigate the need for IT documents of various types to meet audit, and regulatory requirements.
Perform compliance test, and support moderation of regulatory compliance program and initiatives e.g. IT Governance, FFIEC, FDIC, SOX.
Understanding of security functions including but not limited to Change Management, BCP/DR, Identity and Access Management, and IT Risk Management.
Knowledge of Microsoft computer applications to perform daily tasks working with electronic documents (e.g., reviewing documents, updating documents)
Perform other related duties as assigned by IT Governance Manager.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and especially in writing, with associates in all levels of the company
Project management skills. Coordinate strategy selection and plan development.
