Role : SFDC Tech Lead
Role & responsibilities :
Managing cross functional business teams/stakeholders for IT requirements
Preparation of business requirement (BRD) & SRS (software requirement specification) documentation for all IT initiatives interacting with business.
Manage all process & design related queries raised from implementation (Vendor) partners from IT angle.
Propose design and architecture after doing a gap analysis of different salesforce applications for Sales & Service Journey via all channels like digital, mobile-app, email, walk-in, website, IVR. etc. for B2B & B2C user journeys.
Transforming IT strategy & plans to project execution & management till production go live & post go-live support.
Liaise with testing team & business team to get test cases prepared & conclude UAT testing
Manage change management process for respective applications.
Work on configuration and customization of Salesforce based business processes for LOS & Servicing.
Completing the due diligence of proposed new application/system changes.
Prepare the CBA liaising with management team & IT-plan.
Working as L-2 production support team & all bug closures reported in production which requires code changes.
Development & configuration of all new report requests coming from business end.
Single point of contact for all tech related application queries corresponding to a product-PAN India.

Preferred candidate profile :
Exhaustive hands-on SFDC-SOQL, SOSL Queries, Reports & Dashborads.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant
Integration experience- Web Services/ REST APIs- must to have.
Knowledge of Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE
Ability to read SFDC platform logs.
Understanding of Lightening, Apex Class, LWC, Sharing & visibility rules, VisualForce, Process Builder, VisualForce Process Builder, Triggers, Record-Types, Job Scheduling, User Setup, Profile, Role, Apex Data Loader, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Assignment Manager, Queues, Permission-Sets, Sharing Rules, Approvals, Web Services (Rest API,Soap API).
Well versed with Javascript, CSS/HTML
Community licenses & its configurations experiences.
Proven working experience on Change Sets, Salesforce Application migration from lower environment (UAT) to production environment. Good to have Heroku Hands-on.
Working experience on Custom Objects/Fields, sharing rules, Application configurations, Email Request/Response, Attachments, Connected Apps, Google API Integrations, AWS (Amazon Web Services), S-3, Heroku, SFDC CTI.
