Required Skill : He should be technical sound and have the following skills 1. Strong experience in configurations and customizations in SFDC 2. Expert on custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, Reports and dashboards 3. Extensive experience on designing customizations that involves VisualForce and Apex (Triggers, controllers) 4. Experience in real-time integration of SFDC with Middleware on premise application is a must 5. Ability to create technical design document 6. Experience on data migration using data loader 7. Experience in release management using change sets and ANT scripts 8. Well versed with SFDC governor limits and best practices
