Role and Responsibilities :
As a Software Engineer (Developer/Programmer), you will use technical expertise to design and implement software solutions for our customers. You'll apply your passion for building clean, robust code to large-scale systems. With your well-developed interpersonal skills, you will be an active team member and contribute to delivering customer-focused, optimal quality business outcomes.
Work in agile software delivery teams.
Implement software technology solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations
Builds, maintains, and modifies software application code, generates technical requirements from a functional business model, and tests and writes technical documentation.
Develop high-quality code that can function with existing code, patterns, and architectural techniques
Effectively utilise development best practices
Active participation in team agile development practices
Ensure superior code quality through methods including unit testing
Design systems that are effective in production environments and are easy to maintain
Help our clients maintain and run reliable applications and systems
Promote modern Developer Programmer practices
Keep your skills up to date and always be looking for continuous improvement
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying solutions using Workday product
Work with key stakeholders to identify ideal solutions for Workday modules including configurations and integrations.
Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, iLoad, XMLT and Web Services
Experience in multiple interfaces to customer and vendor systems related to finance, payroll and HR functions
Must have participated in end-to-end Workday implementation
Work closely with Business owners providing insights and expertise on Workday Modules.
Work collaboratively to develop solutions in accordance with Workday best development practices.
Troubleshoot and fix production support.
Load EIBs, Business Process Configuration, Business Process Modification.
Custom Reports, Creation of calculated fields, Creation of User Reports.
Work to build relationships with cross-functional team members as needed to ensure successful implementations of company and department wide projects.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Recruiting etc.) and other SaaS HR products (Kronos, BrassRing, ADP etc.)
Demonstrated technical experience with building integrations between Workday HR system, Payroll, and other 3rd party systems (Financial, Data etc.)
