1) Manage global deployment program related to operations best practices and Customer satisfaction enhancements (CSAT & ICSAT Surveys)
2) Design and deploy new capabilities in Operations areas
3) Analyse data using MS Excel/Minitab/R and provide meaningful insights
Desired Candidate Profile
10 - 15 yrs of experience , Any Graduate (Engineering background preferred), MBA preferred, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
