Description

The Lead SAP Success Factor & SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for leading team of consultants for implementation & support of SAP Success factor & SAP HCM. Consultant shall be having expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Success Factor & SAP HCM suite of modules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of SAP Successfactor modules like EC , Training, Recruitment along with SAP HCM modules like OM,PA,TM & Payroll. 2. Design and propose efficient and effective solutions that align with industry best practices and meet the client's specific needs. 3. Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data exchange between SAP Success Factors and other HR systems or third-party applications. 4. Conduct thorough testing of the SAP Success Factor & SAP HCM system to validate the configuration and functionality, ensuring the system operates as expected. 5. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing and resolving issues, incidents, and inquiries related to the SAP Success Factors platform. 6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation, configuration, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP Success Factors features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, configuration, and support. Certification in SAP SF will be an added advantage. Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
