Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate must have an MBA with Human Resources specialization.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR domain functional experience in reputed MNCs
- Candidate should have latest SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP HCM and Payroll modules in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS projects in ECC and S4HANA
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Payroll (EC-PY) module in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS projects in ECC and S4HANA
- Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle and support projects in SAP HCM and Payroll modules (ECC and S4HANA)
- Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, rollout, and support projects in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Payroll (EC-Payroll) module
- Participate in the accurate creation of Configuration Workbooks
- Should have hands on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin centre settings for SF-Employee Central Payroll
- Hands-on design and configuration of the following areas is a must:
- Meta Data Framework
- Pick List Management
- Time Type and Setup Time Off for Employees
- PTP Integration of both EC Configuration and Time Off
- Roles of various users within Payroll Control Center
- Role-based permissions, permission groups, and permission roles
- Payroll Control Center Configuration
- Payroll Operations
- Payroll Transformation
- Global Payroll (Localizations)
- Payroll Integration with SAP Financials
- Payroll Interfaces (KRONOS etc)
- Payroll Tax
- Payroll Processes
- Must Have Skills Knowledge of India, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, US, Canada Payroll will be added advantage
- Support business through testing and payroll runs.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-EC Payroll module
- Extensive integration experience of Employee Central Payroll module with ECC and S4HANA Landscape using CPI will be a big plus
- Extensive configuration and integration experience of Employee Central Payroll module with other SuccessFactors modules
- Knowledge of Fiori Apps is a must
- Responsible for successful Production start-up.
- Knowledge of integration with SAC will be a big plus
