Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist or a similar role with expertise in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting, and their integration capabilities Strong understanding of middleware technologies and integration tools, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or other relevant platforms Proficiency in API integration, web services, XML, and other integration protocols Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams Project management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver projects within deadlines
