Ranosys is looking for technology-rockstars in adept SFDC. With eCommerce as one of its primary domains of focus and expertise, Ranosys works largely with enterprise clients and is expanding its horizons in SFDC with all its frontend and backend segments. With a strong presence in the UK and USA, and development centres in India (Jaipur, Pune, and Bikaner). Roles and Responsibilities: Work with the Client Team to define the scope of development efforts. Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis Design and program solutions and custom applications, and perform unit testing on the Salesforce platform using the Apex programming language and Visualforce. Perform peer-review of the code and participate in architecture planning and implementation. Understand requirements well and contribute effectively during project discussions or meetings. Perform unit testing of business logic and behavior to confirm proper implementation and quality execution. Participate in daily stand-ups with clients as well as the project team. Be proactive towards the solution of problems at hand and able to work independently towards the root cause analysis of the problems. Work with deadlines and ensure delivery with complete ownership. Should be comfortable working in a high energy environment and be eager to solve tough challenges. Technical Skills and Experience: Must have 2+ years of relevant working experience in Salesforce Certification: Must be Salesforce.com Platform Developer I Certified Good understanding of Salesforce Administration activities. Good Hands-on experience with customisation (Apex Triggers, Classes, Visual Force, Aura Components & Lightning Web Component), configuration (Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects, and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports and Dashboards), and Integration experience with Salesforce.com API Experience in translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce.com configuration and custom development approaches Experience integrating other applications with the Force.com platform, REST API Integration Lightning Experience is mandatory Experience using Omni-Channel Service Cloud features: Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case Forms, Chat Knowledge, and Case routing Proficient in Data Migration from Traditional Applications to Sales Force Using Data Loader Experience in Deployment by using Change set properties and Ant Migration Tool Hands-on experience in profile and permission set configurations Good knowledge of Salesforce DX
