Job Description: [3-5 years exp needed ] We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. Strong experience needed in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, scripting, Lightning, Visualforce, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, will be instrumental in driving our CRM capabilities to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, scripting, Lightning, and Visualforce to meet business requirements and enhance user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Utilize Azure DevOps to manage and streamline development and deployment processes, ensuring efficient code management and version control. Integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow and other third-party systems to achieve a unified and efficient workflow. Optimize Salesforce environments for performance, scalability, and data integrity, utilizing best practices and industry standards. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions, providing expertise and insights throughout the development lifecycle. Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities to align with business processes and drive productivity. Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth adoption of Salesforce tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, applying them to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Salesforce implementations. Proficiency in Apex, scripting languages, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce CPQ. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for development, testing, and deployment processes. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration and related technologies. In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities and configurations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator) are a plus.
