Brief Role : Job Description -
Understanding of the fundamentals of SAP in general and SAP HR in specific.
Should have thorough knowledge on India -specific Gross to Net Payroll calculations, writing PCRs and handling Schemas .
Should have good knowledge in writing Schemas
Hand on experience in Indian Payroll
Hands on experience in core modules of HCM
Proven and in -depth knowledge in Payroll and benefits, time evaluation, Personal administration, Organizational Management, Talent management, employee self -services, Manager Self services and cross application time sheet.
The candidate should perform complex functional configuration, modification, and testing tasks involving SAP Human Resources and SAP Portal modules
Candidate should have in -depth knowledge on user exits and Functional specifications, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements
Perform unit / integration testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.
Desired Candidate -
Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace
Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource
Ability to multi -task, to work in a constantly changing, fast -paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards
Service -oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
