This job requires a strong understanding of accounting, and thorough knowledge of various business transactions and their execution in SAP. Apart from accounting and command on SAP in-depth knowledge and understanding of various acts and provisions under Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, Income Tax Law, Indirect Tax laws is also required. In addition to this, other ingredients like timely planning, coordination with other departments, judgement and timely decision making are also required. Requires interaction on day-to-day basis with various stake holders like cross functional departments, Senior Management team Internal and external auditors, etc. Responsibilities : Assisting in the closure of audit of interim and annual financial statements (Ind AS and IFRS) of Nayara Energy Group. Coordinating and reviewing monthly NESPL financials including closure of audit of annual financial statements. Preparation of monthly FRP Pack submitted to shareholders, addressing their queries/concerns on timely basis. Preparation of briefing notes / presentations for the management / Audit Committee / Board on matters related to accounting and financial statements. Working on various Companies Act requirements / compliances/valuation reports etc. Follow up and timely closure of F&A related internal audit points with appropriate audit evidence. Preferred candidate profile : Relevant 4 -7 years of Experience. Sound Knowledge of Accounting Standards/ IFRS / IND AS Accounts Finalization & Closing activities. Planning and resource management skills, motivation and a sense of urgency, understand the benefits of established processes and procedures Commercial and tax laws and financial planning and control IT literate, Ability to effectively use ERP package (SAP FICO and FA Module), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
