Job Description: We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound sales lead campaigns for Exceptional Innovation Background Verification products and services. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful. Product Knowledge : Application services, Cloud and Datacenter Services, System integration, Telecom and Cyber security. Qualification : UG - BE/ B Tech (IT/ CSE / ECE/ EEE) & BCA BSC(CS) or any graduation Role & responsibilities • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided • To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors • To convert the calls to new business leads • To inform the potential clients of the companys products and services • A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM and Social Networking (LinkedIn) • Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process Skills Required: • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in Selling via Phone successfully • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills • Excellent listening skills • Ability to work individually and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Perks and benefits Conveyance and Phone Bill Reimbursement
