We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing team at Anveshan, as a Product Analyst. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving product strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring the success of our consumer products within the competitive FMCG market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, derive insights, and make informed recommendations to enhance our products' market position and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets related to product performance, sales trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and establish benchmarks for evaluation. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements, expansions, or innovations. Monitor industry publications, reports, and market intelligence to stay updated on relevant developments. Product Performance Evaluation: Evaluate product performance metrics regularly to assess sales trends, demand patterns, and customer feedback. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for product promotions, bundling, or cross-selling strategies. Provide recommendations for product enhancements or modifications based on performance analysis. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, sales, and R&D, to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in product development meetings and provide data-driven input to guide product roadmap decisions. Forecasting and Planning: Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning by analyzing historical data and market trends. Contribute to the development of accurate sales forecasts and production plans to optimize supply chain efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar role within the FMCG industry or related consumer goods sectors. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with market research methodologies. Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights and recommendations effectively.
