Product Analyst (Tableau)

Your Key Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and apply analytical concepts on customer data to provide business solutions
Provide holistic analysis by combining data from different data sources (App analytics, Business data etc.)
Work with product managers to ask questions of data and probe deeper with minimal guidance
Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
Measure impact of experiments related to function, analyzing and helping in course correction.
Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings.
Create dashboards to track the progress of product feature rollout and the long-term success of products
Collaborate with engineers to ensure and improve data availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability
Deep dive into data and identify right problem statements and right segments to target and take experimentation driven product development approaches.
Basic Requirements:
5+ years of experience with ability to draw conclusions from product usage data and present those to internal and external stakeholders.
Working knowledge of EDA in (Sql, Python,Hive)
Strong knowledge of databases Redshift,RDS and platforms (AWS, Tableau, Metabase,Google Analytics, Clever tap, Mix Panel etc.)
B2C High scale Consumer App Experience is a must.
Knowledge of lending analytics and/or campaigns is a plus.
Experience in creating custom reports & dashboards using Tableau.
Self-starter who can articulate insights and communicate well across stakeholders.
Tableau certified is a plus.
