Due diligence with lenders, review and understanding of term sheet/debt proposal/loan & security documentation, Project Finance activities, Finance Modelling. Build, develop and manage detailed financial models from scratch to evaluate fund raising and investment opportunities. Working out cash flows, ratios, projections, sensitivity analysis, IRRs, valuations etc. Raising funds & managing documentation through working capital, term loans and managing pre & post compliances. Liaison with working capital and term loan Lenders. Preparation of investment proposals /approval notes / presentations for management / lenders / investors.
