Description

• Work closely with senior team members in business transaction execution for debt assignments for social enterprise clients Analyze company financial statements, preparation of pitch book, create financial models, projections for client companies; preparing presentations/marketing materials for use in debt client coverage Participate in business and financial due diligence Prepare transaction documentation requested by lending institutions (Banks, NBFCs, MIVs, DFIs, etc.) Research and analyze industry, economic, market, and regulatory data as required to support debt coverage activities and transaction execution Liaison with clients and lenders to channelize information Handle various internal initiatives Should have good Understanding of the financial statements • Should have good Business sense • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to multi-task • Strong desire to work hard • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter, with solid team skills • Passion for making a change • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .
