Develop and maintain financial models and databases. Conducting in-depth industry and company analysis and financial valuations of companies Preparing financial models using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Gordans growth model and relative valuation analysis. Communicate with top management of companies and understand current business situation, future targets and strategies going forward. Estimate the future performance of companies based on top management guidance/commentary. Interacting regularly with the client on views and updates on companies. Develop and maintain financial models and databases. Search, collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data. To prepare credit analysis and recommend rating grades and credit facilities. Provide support on private debt coverage Prepare portions or more of research reports, notes, and briefs. Provide administrative support as required. Other responsibilities as assigned. Desired Candidate Details Looking for sector agnostic candidates but should have deep understanding of industries and companies he/she has looked at or under current coverage. Working knowledge of various valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Dividend Discount Model (DDM), etc. Analytical skills, including an understanding of key financial components (liquidity position, leverage profile) and apply those skills as they pertain to the loan underwriting process. Working knowledge of advanced excel, VBA and Python knowledge is added advantage. Working knowledge of the Bloomberg Terminal and other financial database Proactive in idea generation Good writing, communication, interpersonal skills Job Location: Nasik/Mumbai Desired Experience: 3+/5+ years of hands-on experience on financial modelling, research and report writing, good understanding of financial markets and global economy Educational Qualification: MBA Finance, CA, CFA etc.
