Technical Leadership:- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices to internal teams and clients. - Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments, trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation within the organization. 3.Customization and Configuration:- Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies. - Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data management. 4.Integration and Data Management:- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. - Develop strategies for data migration, transformation, and quality assurance during system implementations. REQUISITE QUALIFICATION Essential: BE/MTech/MCA REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE Essential: - Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent certifications. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security principles. - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
