Purpose The functional consultant takes up the responsibility of understanding business requirement, interaction with stakeholders from business domains whenever required,takes end to end ownership to provide quality solutions as per business requirement. Critical Drivers for Success (critical factor or activity required for ensuring the success of a role) 1. Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA 2. Implementation of system change requests and releases. 3. Perform Root cause analysis & Impact assessments. 4. Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment / support cycles 5. Test case / test data preparation and testing of application & change releases. 6. Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities 7. Requirement understanding & data gathering 8. Interface & Monitoring 9. Good experience on Project Rollouts 10. SAP SD / LE Defining the pricing procedure, Condition types, Access sequences, Condition Tables and pricing Procedure determination Complete OTC cycle, Sales business process scenarios Material master and Customer master, Bill Of Material, Sales Documents, Maintaining Partner Determination Procedure Condition Exclusion, Condition supplement All output types related to Sales, Delivery and Billing documents. Defining the Shipment pricing procedure, Condition types, Access sequences, Condition Tables and Shipping Price Determination Procedure; Shipment Cost Settlement Proficient in all areas of Shipping / LE including Picking, Shipping & Carrier determination, Packing, Route management, STO's and Exports. Integration of Shipment Process in ECC with EWM, Transportation Unit, Goods Issue Shipment output types related to Shipping documents. Basic knowledge of SAP-ABAP , Debugging skills Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions.
