SD VC - Project type: Application development and Roll Out Qualifications 10+ Years of E2E SAP implementation experience at least 1 end to end implementation on SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Must have worked on variant configuration. Should have expert knowledge on VC models and pricing. Experience in SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing module is also preferable. Must have lead data migration projects with the ability to create a migration strategy for conversion of Master and Transactional data from legacy systems into SAP. Prepare data migration plan and lead cut-over plan. Attend and participate in workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements, recommend and present solutions to business stakeholders. Experience leading and facilitating requirements sessions with business teams and Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver desired outcomes. Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering, and solid understanding of the SAP implementation methodologies Expert in the Sales and Distribution module (SD) (Master Data, Organizational Data, Sales, Order Fulfilment, reverse logistics, reporting) Cross functional capabilities to work and integrate with other modules Expert in the Sales and Distribution module (SD) (Master Data, Organizational Data, Sales, Order Fulfilment, reverse logistics, reporting) Cross functional capabilities to work and integrate with other modules Sound knowledge on interfaces/IDoc/EDI ABAP Knowledge and basic debugging skills Project Responsibilities Lead SD module in an end to end implementation Mentor consultants at a lower level Lead and design sessions in the SD and VCP module environment Communicate with business users; to understand business requirements, frame the problem and provide a solution within the SD module Accurately estimate their teams work and manage work package to meet the work deadlines Look at the big picture in providing a solution, taking into consideration the impact to SAP, non- SAP systems, and business process impacts Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations. Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions Develops functional specifications and works with BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing CoE responsibilities Successfully participate and complete at least 1 PoCs in your respective CoE areas in collaboration with the CoE Lead Participation in Interview drives, Knowledge Sharing sessions and mentor junior Minds within the CoE Contribute in your CoE areas with ideas/innovations. Write Blogs/White Papers Certification Participate in presales opportunities with CoE lead and presales team to contribute in: a) Solution architecture, estimations b) Participate in follow-up calls with customer c) Contribute to RFP response and SoW preparation
