Design & implement the best engineered technical solutions using latest technologies and tools.
Who you are :
Handle customers from US/EU/AU/ANZ/APAC at L3 level
Must have good communication skill written and spoken
Must have worked in a product company
Must have knowledge of Linux commands
Must have understanding of cloud based software deployment and support
Must be a team player and able to handle calls directly with customers and do weekly meeting
Must be from near proximity in Mumbai max 25KMs from office.
Must be flexible to work in any 9 hrs shifts between 9AM to 10PM IST
Good to have knowledge of atleast one programming language (C/C++/Java)
Good to have knowledge of Scripting like JS/Python
Good to have knowledge of IOT
Good to have Scrum certification or Agile Certification
Good to have knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
Good to have knowledge of project management

Prior experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Good experience with Test Driven Development.
