You will be part of front-running projects for our newly launched stock trading platform, working in cross-functional team including developers, designers, subject matter experts and growth drivers.

Key Objectives for You
Work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
Plan, prioritise, analyse the requirements and break them into features, user stories
Collaborate with strategic team on scoping and prioritisation
Backlog management, maintaining capacity plan & release plan
Iteration planning, retrospectives and showcase
Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
Change request management
Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes
Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team regarding the implementation of changes
Qualification
You understand how businesses operate and have experience modelling business processes
You have good understanding of Agile
You have built the product and shipped it in the hands of the user, in the past
You have experience in writing PRD documents and stories
You have a genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code
You re resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives
