Digital Product manager is required for managing the day-to-day activities for app build, desired is to have experience both for build & operate mobile apps. Hence a suitable candidate is desired to have a technical background in Agile development & App build amongst others. Key skills should encompass capabilities to handle all key activities namely: Dev, UAT, QA, SIT especially in vendor led projects. The potential hire must have demonstrated capabilities for app build and maintenance, preferably in the Financial Sector. Responsibilities Should have handled projects especially in Vendor Management role/s. Past demonstrated Skills in project management in Agile development mode. Understanding requirements from business and get them implemented in projects as collaboration with Digital IT team and the Digital Tech Partner. Fair understanding of the DB management and acumen for Optimization of Journeys. Business Mindset must have to ensure design build flows to maximize Conversion Rates: Applies for both Financial Transactions and Non-Financial Transaction Working knowledge of CAMS (API and Ops Flows). Should have capability to build from scratch basis BIP (Best Industry practices). Managing the new development and CR pipeline - priority and concurrence. Keeping an eye on the best practices in the larger digital ecosphere. Must haves Past demonstrated Skills in project management in Agile development mode. Working knowledge of CAMS (API and Ops Flows) Should have handled projects especially in Vendor Management role. Especially in fixed bit projects. Project management especially time bound. Good knowledge of frameworks - React native & Ionic is a must have. Especially with eye to lead applications on cross-platforms aka mobile apps and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) Good to haves hould have capability to build from scratch basis BIP (Best Industry practices). Especially key inset of eye to detail and envisaging CS journey in CTA workflow is good to have. Capability to manage workflow - covering both priority and concurrence. This is critical in terms of regulated environment. Should have working in building wireframes, documenting BRDs, Encapsulating key FT & NFT. Capability to Create user journeys by defining steps involved to complete a transaction end to end. Should have working knowledge of handling API monitoring tool/s. Well abreast with digital ecosphere & dev environs. Projects & teams to work with Projects, Marketing, Ops & Digital Sales Educational Qualifications B Tech Computer Sciences or equivalent PMP - Project management is good to have Prior Experience 5-6 years Domain Knowledge Preferably Financial Services IT Skills Experience with Scrum, Agile environment Behavioral Team Player Self Initiator Solution centric Capability to handle pressure and deliver on projects Technical Agile Development Working Knowledge of frameworks - Native & IONIC Understanding of DB architecture Product capability to envisage User journeys
