Description

1) Market & Customer Understanding: Understand the reselling market and needs of resellers deeply through landscape analysis, customer interviews, user research, competition analysis, and other qualitative/quantitative techniques. 2) Problem Identification & Prioritization: Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later. 3) Solution Discovery: Facilitate a process to come up with the best technology-led ideas to solve the prioritized problems. Harness the creativity of not just yourself but of other teams such as design, eng., business, etc. Be willing to experiment with multiple solution ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes, etc. 4) Product Delivery: Define detailed product requirements and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (design, eng. business, analytics, etc.) to bring a product to life. Ensure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing, dogfooding, etc. 5) Go-to-Market Planning: Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success. 6) Adoption & Metrics: Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction. 7) Roadmap Creation: Create a product roadmap for your area that has at least a 3-month forward-looking view of key customer/business problems to be solved. You will help form vision, roadmap, and goals for the product. You have the technical skillset to talk shop and work closely with our engineers, designers will become your best friends, and you love to build products for diverse users. Meeting and engaging the TOP KOL category-wise and their management to drive business. To analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives by tracking the increase in the number of prescriptions, revenue increase, and other indicators from the Internal audit process and external market surveys, Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis seeking opportunities for differentiation, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch strategy for effective product placement to gain market share and develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates us and its features across primary market segments. You will write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, define product roll-out strategy process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover insights, Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams, Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization, You will be responsible and face the company s product before customers and ensure efficient conversation with them. You will be working closely with the IT team, operations, and sales to ensure that targets and deadlines are achieved well on time. Gather all the information, research, and make a pipeline to ensure overall product strategy and meet market objectives, Assist all the teams, encourage them on how we can be relevant to our company s objective, and work with the finance team and others for budgets, quotes, and other relevant things required excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally. Have the ability to synthesize complex issues and opinions into simple stories and be a problem solver. Other Desirables Experience in working in Agile environments, Individual contributor with excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of the box, Customer-focused is a definite desirable, Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders, The overall experience of 4+ years with at least 2+ years in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet space is preferred), Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking, Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps. Academic Qualification Engineering Degree / Engineering PG in Computer Science from an Institution of high reputation in India or abroad, High performer in academics. Requirements: Experience: 4 - 6 years Knowledge of Agile App Development, Experience in Flutter App Development, and Knowledge of product development tools like Productplan, Jira, Slack etc. Proven development & launch experience in at least 2 cross platform app development.
