Description
As a digital transformation lead, this role is coined to manage customer journey transformation end to end. This would include Process mapping, design/ reengineer process to eliminate nonvalue adds, automate and digitize. This person will focus on changes to business processes, systems and technology and is mandatory to have a techno-functional experience in the BFSI (Insurance preferred) sector. The leader will work to drive faster project delivery, program manage considering existing system landscape, existing processes, and regulatory framework.
Working exposure in business process reengineering towards faster processing, reduction of defects, rework etc is mandatory
A. Key Result Areas
Project Management & re-engineering scope documentation
Extensive experience in detailed requirements analysis, writing user stories as per end user requirements.
Prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from analysis through production with minimal support
Co-ordination with Business Users pertaining to Operations, Underwriting, POS, Claims and Sales/Strategy for governing the requirements.
Govern and sign off on completeness of requirement and accordingly co-ordinate on CR, BRD/SRS with all the details and closing the same in coordination with BU, BSG & IT.
Understanding & preparing for business requirements documents, STP flows, system data flow diagrams, SOP & process flow diagrams in concurrence with relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities of improvement in form of workflows and RPAs
Understand and working experience of Lean , Value Stream Mapping, Process map, design FMEA.
Program manage end to end projects along with sign offs, reporting and tracking of results.
Testing of controls periodically/ subsequently to ensure permanent mitigation of risk.
Tracking of project along with maintenance of annexure/evidence related to the requirements for internal/external audits
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and projects. Set priorities and respond positively to demanding situations. Strong work-ethics, demonstrated ability to interface effectively with diverse groups.
Excellent Analytical and reasoning ability

Excellent in MS office(Visio/ppt, excel, word)

Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate with Lean Six Sigma, Agile & PMP certifications
Experience
8-15 years of experience in the field of Life Insurance/BFSI Domain
