Roles and Responsibilities Job Description Prepare TQM master plan in coordination with corporate TQM and execute the same Drive Policy Deployment with Senior Management Members Drive Daily Work Management across the plant Drive TEI in coordination with HR team and improve the participation of workers in suggestion and QCC Assist staff in problem solving through Six sigma projects TQM education - Create awareness in TQM across the plant through training, pep talks etc., Promote TQM through various TQM promotional activities Develop / Standardize various SOPs and manuals related to TQM Assist staff in preparing DTQMP Improve visual management across the plant Conduct TQM audits / assessments and handhold the members to improve the score across the plant Prepare & circulate TQM MIS, assist in review and improve the same Desired Candidate Profile Education : BE any discipline certified in Six Sigma Black belt is must. Experience : 10 -15 years in TQM Perks and Benefits
