We re looking for an all-in Human Resource Executive for an incredibly rare opportunity at a well-funded, fast-growing early-stage start-up with both, a mission and value creation upside. Roles and Responsibilities This role involves both - Recruiting & HR Operations like Payroll, etc. Sourcing and filtering candidates before sending them for final interviews with upper management Releasing offer letters and ensuring a smooth onboarding process Executing payroll using RazorpayX, managing reimbursements, attendance, LOPs etc Managing departing employees, completing FnF etc. Skills Required Applicant must have good communication skills in both, English and Hindi Must have strong knowledge of using job-listing platforms like Linkedin, Naukri, etc It is preferred if the applicant has an education (or has undertaken some course) in Human Resources
