We are looking for Candidates for Management Executive positions in our Vijayawada office to manage the operations of our US businesses - IT Consulting business Sure Tech Services Inc., and Real Estate business LS Property Investments www.SureTechInc.com and www.LSPropertyinvestments.com Freshers are also welcome to apply !! Shift Time - USA based time zone its 6:30pm IST to 3:30 am IST . Roles and Responsibilities Study the company's business processes, document them, streamline the business operations, and improve them. Communicate by email, phone, and SMS with abroad tenants, vendors, abroad employees, and contractors to resolve queries and issues, assign tasks, and follow up on them Provide outstanding services to tenants and vendors with expedited responses to email communications Provide excellent HR support for employees and earn their trust to receive employee referrals Take initiative in identifying and assuming tasks, and use a task management tool to organize the duties of all team members efficiently Organize, prioritize and monitor tasks for executing them in a timely fashion Work with team spirit to collaborate with other team members, review each others work, and remind each other to complete tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables of accounting, issue resolutions, task follow-ups, documentation, and email communications. Learn to use software applications for managing the companys business processes efficiently Use Excel, Quick Books, and other software applications to enter data, manage the business operations and generate reports Support and plan for growth and expansion Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in any of the following fields -Accounting, Management, HR, Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT staffing, Writing or Teaching. The candidate must have excellent speaking and writing skills in English. The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in one of the following fields: Science, Commerce, Technology, or Management (B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, or MBA).
