Industry: ITES- KPO, US Accounting, Finance & Accounting, KAM (F&A) - Key Account Mananger Positions: Consultant (Key Account Manager (US Accounting) Remuneration: Paid on an hourly basis. Rs 300/ pr hour. (6 months training probation period) After probation, selected candidate( according to the performance) will be hired on payroll with fix salary. Qualification: CA /CPA or MBA (Finance) Were hiring permanent work-from-home positions for independent consulting roles as professional consultants in US Accounting. Role Requirements: Responsible for US accounting and reporting activities Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards Bookkeeping entries in QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage Maintaining and updating accounting records across a diverse portfolio of USA-based clients. Perform Period end closing of books Perform GL accounts review and settlements and ensure timely close of GL period Collaborate with Clients leadership and ensure adherence to SLAs Create the necessary documents like SOPs and other end-user training materials Liaison with the team manager and US clients and daily work updates. Knowledge of US GAAP/ IFRS/ Ind AS is an added advantage. Budgeting & variance reporting Preparation of Financial statements- P&L and Balance sheet reporting Financial dashboards and business intelligence KPI reporting - Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing roles Desired Profile: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Well-versed with MS-Excel and Google sheets Preferred if prior experience working in QuickBooks/Xero, and US Accounting roles Must have professional work from home setup, personal Laptop, and high-speed broadband connection Full-time work up to 160 hours per month depending on candidates' trainability and deliverables Work timings: 2:00 pm IST 11:00 pm IST (Indian Standard Time)
