Role & responsibilities Documentation: Daily Customer Communication: Daily Meeting with marketing team: Daily Day Target Making To Do List: Daily Setting the Priorities: Daily Product Support: Weekly Service Quotations: Weekly PO Receipt & Acknowledgment: Weekly Representative Visit Schedule at Site: Weekly Security Clearance: Weekly Travelling Plan: Weekly Customer Mail Acknowledgement and query resolutions: Weekly Procurement Updates from Purchase Team & Monitoring the Schedule :Weekly Visit to Khopoli Once a Week Visit at Customer Place : Whenever required Visit to Vendors: Whenever required Coordination with Customer for inspection coverage if any: Weekly After PO receipt, arranging the kick off meeting with Customer : Whenever required Production Updates with factory: Monthly Payment Follow-ups : Monthly Customer Visit for Upcoming Projects: Monthly Offers and technical compliance preparation: Monthly Offer Costing with the help of Prashant Sir / Ganesh Sir : Monthly Coordination for order finalization: Monthly New Enquiry Quotation Follow-ups: Monthly Preferred candidate profile Female candidates preferred.
