Salesforce Tech lead
Technical Abilities
8-12 years of IT experience with hands-on in SFDC.
Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customization using the force.com platform. Experience in lightning implementation is must and LWC is preferred.
Ability to Perform configuration, customization, integration and support of Salesforce.com
Experience in customizing using apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc.
Ability to convert customer requirement to technical specifications and support multiple Orgs implementation
Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
Experience in designing technical solutions in SFDC and getting input/buy in from technical and business stakeholders
Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Force.com platform preferred
Good understanding of data structures, data modelling is required.
Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration
Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model.
Knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
Experience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript and JQuery
Experience with Subversion, Git or other SCM systems
Understanding software development life cycle
Comfortable using the agile development process
Analytical & problem-solving skills
Working experience with onshore/offshore model.
Functional / Business Analysis Skills
Experience in understanding the Salesforce CRM business needs and gather the client's requirements there by making BRD / FRD with defining scope and conducting the gap analysis.
Proven track record of applying analytical skills to solve client™s business problems.
Collaborate with client SMEs to develop requirements and conduct requirement reviews
Ability to clearly articulate & be meticulous in documentation; details are very important.
Knowledge of Salesforce €“ Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
Experience in configuring reports and dashboards along with supporting QA activities
Experience on training relevant authorities by providing them with important insights and plans that will help them in getting work done from their subordinates.
Experience in making various informative data flow and process flow diagrams in order to induce a better understanding of concepts amongst the personnel.
Create suitable profiles, delegate authorities and allow access according to a set hierarchy
Execute all project work in an agile manner and manage Jira tickets, including description and acceptance criteria
Attend daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies as needed. Attend integration meetings with third party systems as needed for more complex solutions.
