Description

At least 4 years of IT experience in SAP SD module. Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Consignment Contract, Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc. Good understanding of the integration with MM module and have exposure to SAP MM. Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems, IDOCs, rest APIs. Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other systems. Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools, queries) skills. Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to resolve them.
