Preferred candidate profile
Good understanding of Core HR, Compensation, Absence & Leave, Time Tracking, Payroll (preferable)
Certification in Workday Absence & Leave module is Optional.
Implement and configure Workday Absence and Leave solutions for a global customer base. Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday HCM module(s) while remaining flexible to clients' changing needs.
Should be worked on Workday methodology for implementation and Phase-X Projects.
Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and leverage expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutions
Able to design Absence configuration and Setups for Global Countries.
Ability to understand business need for absence module and translate it to a Workday solutions (Configuring BP, Security, Setups, Data Conversion and Reports)
Knowledge of innovative solutions enablement and configuration.
Should have excellent skill in Workday Report writing and documentation (BRD, FDD etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and client facing skills.
Should have experience in AMS & Phase projects mandatory.
Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
