As a Workday HCM Compensation Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday s Compensation solutions.
Certification in Workday Compensation Payroll is a must.
Exposure to compensation configuration.
You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
Design and implement requirements in the Workday Compensation solution, building end to end solutions.
Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
Resolve complex tasks/requirements and understand and implement complex business scenarios.
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices for Workday Payroll.
Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
