Role & responsibilities
A strong understanding of HRMS design, structure, functionality, and business processes.
Support-related experience in handling Change requests, and incident management.
Experience in working on Workday Support, handling various changes around Supervisory Organizations, Companies, Cost centres, Positions, Locations, Regions and Hierarchies. etc
Experience in creating reports. By using various calculated fields.
Worked with different staffing models, defining Hire restrictions to Job Management, and Position Management.
Worked on configuring business processes, Condition Rules and Validation Rules as per the requirements.
Experience in processing EIBs
Minimum Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, or similar field.
Upto 2 years + in workday
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in creating Job Profiles, Job Families and Job Family Groups.
Knowledge on creating compensation grades, Grade profiles, Compensation plans, Compensation packages, Eligibility Rules.
Having good knowledge on Role Based Security, User Based Security, Job Based Security groups.
Experience on creating advanced reports.
Support BAU queries
Documenting various actions taken to resolve the query
Identify in root cause analysis, share findings and recommendations to fix them
Focused on Employee experience while addressing the query. Keeping the user updated with the query status.
