As an SDR, you will be in charge of identifying business opportunities for our enterprise software team. The responsibility of an SDR will be managing outbound and inbound through different touch points via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
The Sales Development Representative team is a crucial component of Procuzy s sales strategy and success. Training and development of our SDRs are the foundation of building our great team, where we set you up for success in this role. We have invested in industry-leading tools to help fuel the success of the SDR team, like Lusha, Freshworks, etc. There is always support from our sales enablement team, and 1:1 coaching with managers and team leads
What you ll do (Responsibilities)
Building Strong Rapport: You will establish a strong rapport with potential clients using various communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. By engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and building trust and credibility, you will set up meetings for our Demo Engineers and Account Executives.
Crafting Outbound Campaigns ( USA Market ): You will be responsible for creating and leading outbound campaigns targeted at potential markets. Through channels such as email, social media, and other relevant platforms, you will educate prospects about Procuzy value proposition.
Your campaigns will focus on highlighting the unique features and benefits of our product or service.

Familiar/ Experience with American Accent is a plus.
To excel in this role, it would be beneficial to have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales( US Market ). Previous experience in SaaS, D2C, or enterprise industries would be considered a bonus, as it would provide valuable insights into the target market and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these industries.
Ability to actively listen and objection handle on calls with executives, technical leads, and developers
Maintaining follow-up conversations with prospective customers and well written communication
Competitive, motivated, and ability for team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
Strong track record of performance in a previous sales role
Salesforce experience would be preferable
Bachelor s Degree
Fluent in English
