Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Previse IT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Solution Architects, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce applications. This is a full time Remote Position. Immediate Joiners. Responsibilities Participate in storyboard and solution design sessions recommend alternative approaches and best practices, define technical impact, and provide sizing estimates. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and design scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize and configure Salesforce features, such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data migration. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external applications using APIs and web services. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications. Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers. Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes. Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience as a SFDC Developer with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, HTML elements and modern JavaScript and other Salesforce development tools. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desired. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
