Roles & Responsibilities: Schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Generate and analyze metrics to monitor and improve the teams velocity, software quality and efficiency. Encourage self-organization and empowerment of the Team Assist the Product Owner with backlog maintenance and grooming. Provide training for new members and refresher sessions for existing teams. Enact change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team and quality of deliverables. Identify, track and report right agile metrics that provide insights as to how the team is doing and how it can improve Foster a culture of collaboration within the team, promoting team building and ensuring team engagement Required Skills: Minimum 10 years of work experience in agile project/product delivery. Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least five year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory Programming expertise in Python. Exposure to tools utilized in an agile development environment such as Rally, TFS, JIRA, Confluence etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience generating metrics and reports Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills Desired Skills: CSM or any relevant Agile certification Experience in Healthcare Domain
