Agile experience with appropriate tooling. Personal Attributes Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with distributed team members Facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand up and all other ceremonies). Make sure that the scrum team understands the project s scope and goals. Facilitate backlog grooming - help the product owner to shape up the product backlog. Coach the development team in self-organization. Demonstrate an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to software development The ability to pro-actively identify and remove impediments / blockers. Ability to suggest and implement process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity and morale of the team The ability to work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment. Thorough understanding of project management phases, measurements, metrics, reporting techniques and tools. Hand on exposure to Code management branching, merging, code review, code quality ( Code review tools, Git etc.) in any role Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training and certifications Good negotiation skills Strong analytical skills and Lateral Thinking Successful candidate will need to: Fulfil the project needs based on project needs & customer requirements. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Team, Business Analysts, Product Owners & other stakeholders to resolve requirements gaps and conflicts. Support and maintain the software within agreed service level targets and quality objectives Provide support, guidance and inspiration to other members of the team, both onshore and offshore Promptly escalate issues which cause personal or team development to fall outside of agreed quality or timescale tolerances and to actively contribute to their resolution. Pro-actively suggest and implement agreed process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity and morale of the team. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables. Work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.
