Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices, helping them understand and embrace the Scrum framework. Process Oversight: Ensure that Scrum processes are followed effectively, identifying and addressing impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress. Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives, fostering collaboration and communication within the team. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within Scrum teams, encouraging self-assessment and adaptation to enhance team performance. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Agile and Scrum processes, helping teams make data-driven decisions. Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and issues within the team, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and Scrum team activities, providing transparency and visibility into project progress. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of projects, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master(3 Years) in Agile software development environments. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
