Role & responsibilities :- As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for: * Conducting English language classes for 3 to 5 & 6 to 10 students. * Creating and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities. * Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation. * Evaluating and assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment. * Providing constructive feedback to students to facilitate their growth in language proficiency. * Incorporating technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience. * Collaborating with fellow educators and participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. * Maintaining accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant student information. Preferred candidate profile :- We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes: * Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Bachelor's in Education. * 2-5 years of experience teaching English, preferably in Primary & middle school * Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills. * Certification in English Language Teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. * Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the development of students' language skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Technological proficiency in educational tools and platforms.
