Opening for Technical Content Writer Role & Responsibilities : Designation: Technical Content Writer Job Role: Content Writing Preferred candidate profile: Experienced- B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Production or Automation) Fresher-B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Production or Automation) and BSc / MSc Graduates - Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry Key Responsibilities - Fresher:- Technical content writers need to have a strong understanding of the subject matter they are writing about. They are responsible for conducting research and gathering information from reliable sources to gain in-depth knowledge of technical concepts, products, or services. Technical content writers should be able to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely. They need to translate technical jargon into simple and understandable language for the target audience. Technical content writers should have a user-centric approach, ensuring that the content they create is user-friendly and meets the target audience's needs. They should understand user personas, anticipate user questions, and provide clear instructions to help users utilize the product or service effectively. Technical content writers need to thoroughly understand the industrial products they are writing about. This includes studying the specifications, features, applications, and benefits of the products. They should familiarize themselves with the industry standards, regulations, and terminology related to the products. Experienced :- Technical Content Writing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Review and update existing documentation to keep it current and aligned with product updates. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for products, identifying defects and issues. Perform manual testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of our Products. Report and document defects and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them. Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and test scripts.
