What Youll Do:
Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the Workday HCM system.
Ensuring the integrity of HR Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout Enphase Energy
Working on Integration solutions and Workday Studio.
Provide Tier 3 end-user support; troubleshoot defects, bugs, and other system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation, configuration enhancement.
Work with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB); custom reports, CCW,CCB and Payroll Integrations.
Support testing for Workday semi-annual upgrades.
Perform regular audits to ensure data and system accuracy, completeness and integrity.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Develop/maintain system related documentation, including development and maintenance of training materials
Coordinate and communicate system & functionality changes to the Global Payroll Provider Project team, global HR team and other impacted functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Integrations including Workday Payroll, Workday Benefits and Studio Integrations
Knowledge in ADP Payroll desired but not mandated experience.
Minimum 7+ years as a hands-on Workday Integrations
Bonus points:
Good to have at least 2 E2E Workday Implementation experience
Experience with supporting multiple products across our HR technology stack: Kronos, or other HR solutions
Executes with a mastery level of project management methodologies, frameworks, and terminology
