Description
Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath.
Manage the entire lifecycle of Workday integration deployment - requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment and post production support.
Set up processes to maintain all integrations in production and to monitor interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors.
Participate in Workday bi-annual release by identifying and testing impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality.
Maintain and track integrations backlog.
Mentor and guide a small team of Workday integrations analysts.
Manage sprint planning and reviews with the team.
Engage with stakeholders across all functional areas for on-going backlog maintenance and to push innovation.
Qualifications
Current or Past Workday Studio Integration Certification.
1+ years Workday experience, report writing and integrations.
Experience delivering high complexity custom integrations in Workday with a good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic).
Excellent working knowledge of Workday Studio Development, EIB, connectors ; RaaS, Web Services , BIRT.
Excellent working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java.
Knowledge of data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads).
Strong analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong organization skills with awareness of SDLC, agile and scrum methodologies.
