Description
•Responsible for roll out of appointment letters/offer letters/ confirmation process
• Ensure timely updation of employee files and documents for record purpose
• Maintain an updated employee database and share the same with HO
• Leave & attendance, administration work
• Ensure error free Payroll details shared within timelines with HO for monthly payroll
• Ensure timely submission of various documents like enrolment, withdrawal, nomination, updation for ESIC, PF, Mediclaim etc. with HO
• Handling of Termination Case (Resignation, Acceptance Letter, FnF)
• Handle legal cases related to HR employee grievance handling
• Implementation of Feedback Box
• Maintaining timely MIS and Reports
• Employee engagement activities like birthday celebration, festival celebration, etc.
