Description

Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular market research to assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation packages. Analyze job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges and pay structures. Evaluate and recommend salary adjustments based on performance, market trends, and internal equity. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Educate employees on available benefits, assist with enrollment, and manage ongoing benefits-related inquiries. Collaborate with benefit providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness. Compliance and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Prepare and submit required reports, such as EEO-1, ACA, and other regulatory filings. Assist with audits and compliance investigations related to compensation and benefits. Job Evaluation and Classification: Participate in job analysis and evaluation to determine appropriate job classifications and salary grades. Develop and maintain job descriptions that accurately reflect job responsibilities and requirements. Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and managers to link compensation to performance through merit increases and bonus programs. Assist in designing and implementing performance-based incentive plans. Data Analysis and Budgeting: Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to make data-driven decisions. Prepare and manage the C&B budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Employee Communication: Develop and deliver communication materials to employees regarding compensation and benefits changes. Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on the compensation and benefits programs. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, HR, or related roles. Strong knowledge of compensation strategies, benefits programs, and employment laws. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Working Conditions: Typically works in an office environment. May require occasional travel for meetings or training.
